Welcome to the Maryland Neuromuscular Center (MNC), where our passion for health and people drives us to provide exceptional care for patients with neurological disorders. Founded by Dr. Fox, a triple-board certified neurologist and neuromuscular specialist, MNC is dedicated to offering the best in patient care.
Dr. Fox’s journey began with a medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine, followed by a unique postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in the Neurogenetics section. His passion for neurology led him to complete an internship at East Carolina University and a Neurology residency at Howard University Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He further honed his expertise with a fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine and Electromyography (EMG) at Duke University. Today, he holds board certifications in Neurology, Electromyography (EMG), and Neuromuscular Medicine.

With extensive experience working in Illinois and as the Director of Neuromuscular Medicine at MedStar Health Franklin Square Medical Center, Dr. Fox has built a reputation for his diagnostic skills and thoughtful patient care. He played a pivotal role in establishing the first ALS clinic for MedStar Health in Baltimore.
As a highly trained physician, Dr. Fox has developed exceptional diagnostic skills in Electromyography (EMG), Botox, and Neuromuscular ultrasound. He takes his time to listen to the patient, review information, and offer a detailed examination. His assessment and treatment plans are carefully tailored to provide thoughtful care for patients. At MNC, Dr. Fox is renowned for these skills. As a native of the Baltimore area, his dedication to the community is evident in his decision to open the MNC in Columbia, MD where he grew up. He is excited to bring his expertise back home. The MNC specializes in treating conditions like weakness, muscle loss, balance problems, back pain, tingling/numbness and other neurological disorders.
Balancing his professional life, Dr. Fox enjoys quality time with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, fitness, reading, volunteering, and traveling. His commitment to education extends beyond his practice, as he educates patients, medical students, and resident physicians. He strongly believes in promoting a healthy lifestyle for the strength of mind, body, and spirit.
